History
History of Van Doorn Exclusief B.V.
The story of Van Doorn Exclusief begins in 1999, when founder Dennis van Doorn started Car Clean Eemland. What began as a mobile car detailing company quickly grew into a name synonymous with exclusivity, trust, and craftsmanship.
After several years, Dennis decided to expand his operations and establish his own premises in Leusden. This is where Car Cosmetics Leusden was founded – the company where he truly broke through into the world of Porsche, Ferrari, and unique classic cars. From these premises, countless exclusive projects were executed, firmly establishing his reputation.

During that period, Dennis also worked for Wolbert Sportscars, a regular client since their opening. He was responsible for the cosmetic treatment of Porsches there. When Wolbert Sportscars outgrew their premises in Leusden and moved to Achterveld, Dennis took over Wolbert's old building in Leusden to continue his own activities there.
To this day, Van Doorn Exclusief and Wolbert Sportscars continue to collaborate on high-quality cosmetic projects.
Unique Projects and Iconic Cars

With a clear ambition – to work for the very best brands – extraordinary assignments followed. Dennis worked not only on Ferraris and Porsches but also on some of the rarest classic cars in the world. A striking example is a 1967 Alfa Romeo prototype, of which only one exists. This unique car was shipped from Japan to the Netherlands once every five years. Only a specialized Italian restoration company was allowed to handle the technical part, while Dennis was responsible for the cosmetic craftsmanship. After his treatment, the car went to the show in Paris, where it invariably won first prize.

Another highlight in his career was caring for Prince Bernhard's green Ferrari 500 Superfast Speziale. This unique specimen, specially built for the prince, holds great historical value. The fact that this particular car was entrusted to Dennis underscores the confidence even the most prominent clients had in his craftsmanship. Today, this special Ferrari is part of the Louwman Museum collection in The Hague, where it can be admired as cultural heritage.
The exceptional nature of such projects did not go unnoticed: a book was even published extensively describing the special Alfa and the work of Dennis and his company.

The "Wizard" in the Porsche World
His name also quickly grew in the Porsche world. From established collaborations with dealers and collectors to impressive restorations and the trust of clients who entrusted him with multi-million dollar cars. A well-known example is the Porsche GT of a former Formula 1 driver, where Dennis performed a complex carbon repair. With extreme precision, he meticulously redrew the carbon structure layer by layer until the damage completely disappeared. The result earned him the nickname "the wizard" – an honorary title that symbolizes his precision and craftsmanship.

Expansion to Own Product Line
After 25 years of experience, Dennis decided to translate his passion and knowledge into his own product line. In collaboration with a specialized laboratory, an exclusive series of leather care products was created, entirely developed, tested, and produced in the Netherlands.
In addition, Van Doorn Exclusief consciously chooses knowledge transfer. Through specialized courses and training, Dennis trains professionals in restoring, coloring, and maintaining leather. This ensures that the high-quality standard is maintained and the next generation of leather experts is formed.
